Nutrition coaching
A balanced vegan diet can provide all essential nutrients. The key is knowing what to focus on and how to make it practical for everyday life. In my nutrition coaching, I combine nutritional knowledge with enjoyment, creativity, and hands-on application.
This coaching is designed for anyone who wants to eat vegan, is in the process of transitioning, or wants to deepen their understanding – whether it's about the fundamentals or creating a more mindful, healthy daily plant-based routine.
Topics that can be part of the coaching include:
– Fundamentals of a balanced diet
– Support with transitioning to a plant-based lifestyle
– Key nutrients in a vegan diet and their plant-based sources
– Supplements such as Vitamin B12 and Omega-3: forms, quality, and dosage
– Guidance for everyday life amidst trends, myths, and conflicting information
– Understanding foods and mindful shopping: choosing plant-based ingredients, using alternatives, reading labels, and recognizing quality
– Simple, practical recipes for a healthy plant-based kitchen
– Swapping classic or less balanced dishes for nutrient-rich, plant-based alternatives without compromising on taste
– Using spices, herbs, and cooking techniques to enhance flavor
– Creating sample menus, daily, or weekly plans as guidance for everyday life
– Sharing my own recipes and culinary experiences from catering and cooking
A special focus is the connection between nutrition guidance and cooking. I love sharing my own recipes, cooking ideas, and insights from my catering experience. On request, we can create individualized menu, daily, or weekly plans together – providing inspiration and structure for your daily routine. All plans are based on a balanced plant-based diet.
The coaching is conducted entirely online, flexibly and from anywhere. Appointments are scheduled individually.
