My cooking classes are an invitation to rediscover plant-based cuisine – with curiosity, openness, and the joy of experimenting together.

It's not just about cooking itself, but also about what comes from it: connections, exchange, new inspiration – and the rewarding feeling of doing something meaningful for yourself and others.

We cook with fresh, entirely plant-based ingredients – no animal products, but full of flavor. You'll discover new ingredients, techniques, and flavors, share ideas, and leave not just with impressions but with all the recipes to take home.

At the end, we enjoy everything we've prepared together – in a relaxed atmosphere, around the big table.

For larger groups or specific requests, we can plan the menu together in advance to explore particular recipes. Whether it's favorite dishes, allergies, or a special theme, I design each class individually and with lots of heart.

Whether private at your home, with a team, during retreats, or as a special event – these cooking classes are a culinary journey through the diversity of plant-based food… and perhaps also a small step toward discovering more about yourself.
