1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all contracts between:

Sina Schmitz, Mendener Str. 63, 58636 Iserlohn, Germany (hereinafter referred to as "Provider")

and customers who book or purchase services or products via the website sinas-vegan-trip.webnode.page (e.g., catering, cooking classes, gift vouchers, cookbooks, digital products).

2. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of services or products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to order. By placing an order, the customer makes a binding offer. The contract is concluded upon acceptance by the provider.

3. Services / Products

Catering services are provided according to individual arrangements.
Cooking classes take place on the advertised dates. Changes remain reserved.
Physical products are shipped after payment is received.
Digital products are provided via download link or email after payment.

4. Prices and Payment Terms

Prices shown are final prices plus any applicable shipping costs.
Shipping costs are indicated in the shop.
Payment is made via the specified payment methods (e.g., Mollie, PayPal, bank transfer).
For digital products, payment obligation ends only after successful download or delivery of the file.

5. Delivery / Transfer of Risk

Physical products are shipped to the address provided by the customer after payment.
Risk passes to the customer upon handover to the shipping service.

6. Cancellation & Withdrawal

Catering orders: Free of charge up to 14 days before the event; 50% of the order value from 13–7 days before; full amount from 6 days before or in case of no-show.
Cooking classes: Free cancellation up to 7 days before the class; afterwards, full course fee applies. Replacement participants are allowed.
Physical products: Cancellation possible before shipping; after shipment, the statutory right of withdrawal applies.
Digital products: Withdrawal is not possible once the download has started.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Consumer Information:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded for services and goods.

Exceptions:

Services provided on a fixed date (catering, cooking classes)
Digital products delivered after the start of download
Goods that spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be exceeded quickly (e.g., fresh foods)

How to exercise your right of withdrawal:

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Sina Schmitz, Mendener Str. 63, 58636 Iserlohn, Germany, Email: sinastrip@gmx.de) of your decision in a clear statement.

Consequences of withdrawal:

We will refund all payments immediately, at the latest within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal, using the same payment method used in the original transaction.

8. Vouchers / Digital Codes

Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash unless otherwise stated.
Digital vouchers are non-refundable once issued.

9. Liability

The provider is only liable in cases of intent or gross negligence.

10. Data Protection

Processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy, particularly for shipping, payment, and digital downloads.

11. Final Provisions

German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the provider's registered office, as far as legally permissible.
